IPA GROUP

Ipa Group has recently obtained the supply of three new brickplants in Algeria :
- With the Company S.B.F. of FESDIS – BATNA, Ipa Group has signed the supply of a complete plant for the production of hollow bricks and ceiling blocks, with Laker extruder, loading/unloading automatic installations, rapid dryer and 6-pack tunnel kiln.
The plant, that will manufacture up to 500 tons/day.

- With the BRIQUETERIE EL AFAQ, Ipa Group has signed the complete rebuilding of a tunnel kiln for the production of 140,000 tons/year of hollow bricks. The kiln has been built employing all the most modern ventilation, firing and automatic regulation equipment

- With the Company SARL S.B.S of Setif, Ipa Group has signed the supply of two Laker preparation, silo and production lines consisting of box feeders, wetting mixers, bucket excavator, 2 roller mills type KLB 12 and extruder LKVD 750

In Russia, in the town of OUFA, IPA Group obtained the supply of a large brickplant for the Company Megastroyservice.

The plant, that will manufacture 80,000,000 NF/year, includes :

- Laker preparation, silo and production machines
- Semi-continuous dryer with cone-type travelling agitators
- Tunnel kiln, width 7 m., length 190 m approx
- Loading/unloading automatic installations and automatic de-hacking machine

The plant construction will be completed within Spring 2012.
