On September 21, 2010 a large factory for the production of Facebricks, Clinker and Pavers has been inaugurated in Russia, at Tovarkovo, Kaluga region.
The plant includes a wet preparation line with Laker Wet Grinding Pan, rapid automatic Roller Mills, Silo with bucket excavator, a production line with 650 mm Extruder, a tunnel dryer, a tunnel kiln 7.6 m wide and 164 m long, designed for a temperature of 1200 °C in oxidative and reducing atmosphere.
The plant, fully designed and supplied by Ipa International S.p.A, had been previously successfully tested, reaching and exceeding the expected yearly output of 47,000,000 NF. |
